on a brick / block paver curved drive this particular exhibition stand was 150 m2
We didn’t have enough space on the floor so we decided to hang it from a specially designed steel frame

a Mezzanine floor, as long as it’s not connected too any part of a building can be exempt from rates.
This type of drawing was required by a structural engineer
in order to understand how to strengthen an existing floor and the existing lath and plaster wall sitting on said floor

Whilst supporting a 40 gallon water tank sitting over the studwork wall.
this 2 & 3D drawing also used to help the contractors carry out the strengthening works to the floor and
inserting acoustic and fire proof materials.

for building control, listed building’s, structural engineers and contractors alike
